The Pain'Son Bakery offers organic sourdough bread made with locally produced flours and cooked in a wood-fired oven.

Each day we bake over 20 types of bread, plus brioche and different cakes and biscuits (Broyé, currant biscuits...) and sell them at local markets, farmers' markets and by pre-order at our premises in Pougne-Hérisson.
