Organic Farming! Established in 1981, we changed direction in 2001 to become organic producers. The reasons were threefold: to improve the quality of the meat, to be environmentally friendly and to raise the animals without stress. Our animals We raise pigs and have a milking herd of Limousin cows. They are all fed from crops we grow ourselves. We treat our animals wherever possible with homeopathic and herbal remedies and avoid medicines which leave a residue in the animal. Quality meats We allow our animals to mature at their natural pace and this in turn produces a full-flavoured traditional meat. It is sold vacuum-packed and clearly labelled in mixed family-size boxes. Our beef boxes contain steaks, roasts and stewing beef. The veal boxes have steaks, chops and roasts. The pork boxes have roasts, escalopes, chops, pieces for frying, sausages and belly pork for grilling. We also sell jars of beef cooked in red wine or bolognese sauce, a big choice of patés, brawn, black puddings, air-dried hams, sausages, and saussisons.
