A fun, tasty way to learn about beer. This workshop will arouse the sleeping beer-tasting talents within you. This special opportunity to learn from a professional brewer will give you the chance to find out all about real ales and appreciate their flavours in a fun and educational way.
Paul Théry, a brewer and beer specialist has been running training and workshops for 8 years. His experience of beers and brewing methods, his reading on the subject and meetings with other enthusiasts as well as following two training courses at the Musée Français de la Brasserie have all deepened his understanding of this subject. Awarded two national prizes for his beers and with more than 10 years experience of real ale tasting under his belt, he now wants to share his passion and knowledge with lots of others through his many workshops.
